# The Mind Atlas — Field Guide

## What this is
The Mind Atlas is an exploratory map of themes and projects associated with Sahil Tayal's public-facing creative and research ecosystem. It is an editorial model for navigation, not a scientific assessment of a person.

## How to use it
1. Choose a theme filter or search for a concept.
2. Select a node to read its description and why it is connected to other nodes.
3. Follow a related node to move through the map.
4. Open a source link to inspect the underlying work.
5. Treat suggested relationships as questions to investigate, not settled facts.

## How to read connections
- **Curated relationship:** a deliberately mapped relationship that is useful for navigation. It is not necessarily a claim that one idea caused another.
- **Interpretive connection:** a plausible relationship inferred from themes and projects. It should be challenged when evidence does not support it.
- **Source link:** a destination intended to provide context. Link availability and content should be checked periodically; this first version does not perform live link-health checks.

## The recurring creative loop
**Observe → Connect → Model → Build → Publish → Reflect**

This is a proposed working model for how ideas can move into public artefacts and improve through feedback. It is not a claim that all creative work follows this sequence.

## Limits
- This map cannot read private thoughts or infer a complete inner life.
- It is not a neurological test, psychological diagnosis, intelligence measure, or validated personality instrument.
- A connection is not proof of causation.
- The graph is curated and incomplete. Add, remove or revise nodes as the underlying work changes.

## Maintainer note
Before public launch, verify each destination URL, confirm canonical-domain strategy, and add only source links that are live and relevant. Prefer fewer meaningful links over indiscriminate cross-linking.
